You make me feel comfortable

When I’m with you, I act different. In a good way. I smile more and laugh more. I don’t have to pretend everything is okay when it’s really not. With you, I can drop the fake smile and put on a real one. I don’t feel hurt and alone when I’m with you. Instead, I feel safe and loved. You’re easy to talk to, and you listen to me. I don’t have to worry about holding back with you. I don’t feel self conscious. I don’t ever feel insecure or sad. you show me that you really do care, and you’re not just pretending. I really appreciate your company, because with you I’m different. With you, I’m happy.

I love the way my fingers fall into yours. I love how your taste still lingers on my lips after that special goodnight kiss. I love how whenever I go to call someone, I automatically dial your number. I love how you look at me with those gorgeous eyes and then you smile that sweet smile and I know right there, that you will always be mine. I love how you hug me with the intention of never letting go. I love you more than words could ever show.

I’m lucky. I’ve found someone like him. He treats me right, he has enough respect for me. He won’t mind texting me early in the morning just to say good morning or late at night to say good night. He loves to do anything for me, even if it’s to just go to the store & buy my favorite kind of candy. He would defend & fight for me. He said he won’t leave me lonely & wondering; the one that texts me surprisingly, even if he’s out with his friend, to just tell me that he loves & misses me a lot. He appreciates me for the things you do for him, even if they’re little. He notices my hair when I just got it cut or done beautifully for him. He would remind me that he loves you & that he’s happy to be with me, just in case I forget. He is a guy who calls me beautiful instead of hot, who kisses my forehead when I’m down, tells me to be strong & to not cry, & when I do cry, he’d cry with me when times are hard. He loves me for who I am & not for who I am not :’)
